Welcome to MindTAPP (“MindTAPP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our mission is to empower and help our users (“you”, “your”) reach their full potential. We accomplish this by providing unique learning solutions directly to you.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
While using our Service, we collect the following types of information.
Personal data you provide us directly:
Your username, password, and email address when you register for an account with MindTAPP
Profile information that you provide (e.g. first and last name, picture, phone number).
User Content (e.g. photos, words, and other materials) that you post to the Service

When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including but not limited to your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring/exit pages, URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other similar information.
When you use a mobile device (e.g. tablet, phone) to access our Services, we may access, collect, monitor, store on your device, and/or remotely store one or more “device identifiers.” These are small data files or data structures stored on or associated with your mobile device. They uniquely identify your mobile device. Different types of information are available depending on whether you’re using a Mac or a PC, or an iPhone or Android phone. Check the policies of your device manufacturer or software provider to learn more about what information your device makes available to us.

When you interact with MindTAPP through the Service, we receive and store personally non-identifiable data. This information cannot be used to specifically identify you. MindTAPP may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by MindTAPP affiliates. The Service may use such information and combine it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Service, the number of visitors to each page of our website or app, and how our users use and interact with our Service.
In the future, MindTAPP may conduct research on its user demographics, interests, and behavior based on personal data and other information provided to us. Such research may be compiled and analyzed in aggregate. It is important to note that such information does not identify you personally. We may share this data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. MindTAPP may choose to disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners as well as to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
