Welcome to MindTAPP (“MindTAPP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our mission is to empower and help our users (“you”, “your”) reach their full potential. We accomplish this by providing unique learning solutions directly to you.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) has been created to provide information about our website and mobile game applications (“Service”, “Services”). While using our Service, we collect the following types of information.

Personal data you provide us directly:

Your username, password, and email address when you register for an account with MindTAPP

Profile information that you provide (e.g. first and last name, picture, phone number). 

User Content (e.g. photos, words, and other materials) that you post to the Service

Communications between you and MindTAPP (e.g. account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). You may not opt-out of Service-related emails. 

Note that if you sign into MindTAPP using your Facebook or Google account or accounts from other third-party services, we will use that service to authenticate you. We also get information from those accounts. 

By voluntarily providing us with personal data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Log file information:

When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including but not limited to your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring/exit pages, URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other similar information.

MindTAPP may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by MindTAPP affiliates. In the future, MindTAPP may conduct research on its user demographics, interests, and behavior based on personal data and other information provided to us. Legal Requirements: MindTAPP may disclose personal data if required to do so by law, comply with legal obligations, and/or protect against legal liability. 


Your information collected through the Service is stored and processed in the United States, where MindTAPP, its Affiliates, or Service Providers maintain facilities. 

We use safeguards to help keep the collected information secure and take reasonable steps (e.g. requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. Despite this, we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to MindTAPP or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. 

You are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and MindTAPP, at all times. 


You may request that we delete your account and the information associated; however, please note that we may be required by law (or otherwise) to retain certain information and not delete it. When we delete your information, it will be deleted from the active database but may remain in our archives.
